”This is easily one of the worst properties I have ever stayed in. Firstly the check in information arrived significantly later than it was supposed to after I had to chase the host. Secondly, the images shown in the listing were nothing like my apartment. The bathroom was tiny with a shower that was either freezing cold or scolding hot with no in between. ”Kitchen was the only good thing about this property. Pictures are misleading. Found out two days into our stay by a flyer posted by the Florida health department that the pool was closed due to the fact it may endanger the health or welfare of persons entering the pool. They left a number and we called and found out their pool permit had been expired for three months and there were absolutely no chemicals in the pool!! Would not recommend.”

”Front desk staff were not friendly at all. There was no hot water in our and other guest’s showers. When went to the front desk, the staff person said they knew it the evening before and someone would be out to repair it after we left.
A guest that told them about it the night before was given $50 off their bill. When I asked about that, I was told “no” and they couldn’t give everyone money off.
We have stayed here several times before cruises, but this experience will force me to find...

”I'm just sorry that I couldn't stay longer at the Best Western Plus North Miami/Bal Harbor. The property was conveniently located near a Whole Foods Market, a pharmacy and Denny's, and an interesting array of chickens and ducks lived nearby.
