”I was surprised at the layout when we arrived. Front door entrance you walk right onto the first bedroom, small, then into a tiny hallway where there was a small table that hosted a coffee machine and hotplate. Then into a little larger 2nd bedroom with a shared attached bathroom. As far as a kitchenette, it was not. No small sink to wash or get water from. Microwave and small toaster oven in the larger bedroom with a tiny undercounter refrigerator! We had 4 people staying. BBQ grill was...

”We had a wonderful stay at this South Lake Tahoe home with our family! The location perfect, close to everything we wanted to do while still being in a peaceful, quiet neighborhood. The house was very spacious, clean, and had everything we needed to feel comfortable during our stay. The owner was incredibly responsive and quick to answer any questions we had, making the entire stay smooth and stress free. We would definitely like to stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a...

”We have stayed in many STRs over the years. This was by far the worst experience we’ve ever had. Because of a VRBO AI mistake we had to book this property last minute. We originally planned to book for 1 night. Upon checkin we found the king bed unmade with its sheets in the washer. The carpet was filthy, the fridge hadn’t been wiped down, there was trash in the kitchen can and the DW hadn’t been unloaded. It seemed their cleaner had left without finishing. We had no way of knowing what had been...

”Property was great, well appointed with great river view, relaxing and comfortable. Problem arose on arrival. We had been given 2 different access codes to unlock the entry door and neither one worked. I had to call to get another code which worked. Then we went out for a bit and when we returned the most recent code we’d been given didn’t work so I had to call again. Also no one mentioned until the second call that after entering the code you must hit the checkmark key and then the door will...
