We’re very disappointed with the hotel we were given. The inferior room we were given is significantly different from what was shown on the hotel’s listing when we booked online. The photos on the website compared to reality - outdated, poor condition and dirty.
The discrepancy feels misleading and not inline with what we have booked. We booked in good faith based on the advertised images and we are disappointed with what we have received. We have laid $470 euros a night for a dirty and poor condition room.
After a long trip to the resort with two young kids and getting a disappointing room made it so hard for our family. The hotel have no other option and instead offering for a refund for us to leave. Where on earth are we able to go last minute with two kids? We end up staying and spending most of our time outside and not in the room.
If you plan to travel so far with young kids, think twice before you book this place. They will leave you stranded instead of helping you.
