”Ihana pieni hotelli rauhallisella paikalla järven rannalla. Näkymä parvekkeelta aivan hengästyttävän hieno. Koko henkilökunta ystävällistä ja avuliasta, erityisesti vastaanoton vanhempi herrasmies on super! Huoneissa ei ole ilmastointia, mutta me pärjäsimme hyvin jättämällä yöksi kattotuulettimen päälle ja parvekkeen oven auki. Hotellin kunto ja kalusteet eivät ole enää ihan uutta, mutta siisteys on hyvä. Viihdyimme hyvin!”

”The hotel was idyllic and quite small. The room was spacious, clean and comfortable. It also had a big balcony which was a plus. There was a fan in the room which made it possible to sleep. The breakfast was 10€/night and it seemed reasonable. The only downside was the short walk uphill from the old town (10 minutes). On the other hand, it was a very calm area due to that. We recommend this place. ”

”The Grand Hotel Victoria is an amazing property with a warm and friendly staff willing to help at all times. Our stay in a Jr Suite was spectacular, with a deck and expansive views of Lake Como. The rooms were very nicely appointed and the staff was very responsive to cleaning requests, turn down service and requests for things like ice and pillows. The Spa is amazing, with literally something for everyone, whether you like lap pools, waterfall massagers, hot and cold therapies, saunas and so...
”The location is not central but if you are a little bit fit you can walk to the centre and back. A bus ticket is included In the hotel stay, though and a bus stop is right by the hotel entrance.

”Very beautiful and cozy hotel! Our room had a great view to the garden and Lugano lake. Spacious room, which was very clean and pleasant, it had a nice balcony. There was an excellent pianist playing in the lounge whole evening on Saturday night. Hotel is situated by only 20 minutes walk from the city center and there was a free bus connection frequently going to city center. We recommend the hotel and would like to visited soon again. ”
