Päivitetty viktoriaaninen koti Luoteis-Portlandin erinomaisella paikalla vain yksi Portland Vacation Homesista. Suuremmille ryhmille on asunnot vieressä ja studio alla. # 579714, 496637, 626450, 632825 ja 701061. Tämä koti on 3 makuuhuonetta (plus neljäs makuutila) ja 2 täyttä kylpyhuonetta. Yläkerran on tilava makuuhuone sviitti, kylpyhuone uusi kynsiä jalka amme ja laatta suihku, iso vaatehuone, pesukone / kuivausrumpu ja ranskalaiset ovet, jotka johtavat päälle oma parveke. Alakerrassa on kaksi makuuhuonetta, gourmet-keittiö, olohuone alkuperäinen tasku ovet ja vuodesohva luoda "neljäs" yksityinen makuutila, muodollisen ruokasali ja kylpyhuone parketit koko talon. Oversize keittiö ominaisuuksia huippuluokan laitteita, suuri graniittinen saari ja ranskalaiset ovet, jotka johtavat päälle ihana kannelle ulkokalusteet. Talo on hiljattain uudelleen lukien päivitetty keittiö ja vintage kylpyhuone, uusi uunissa, uusi putkisto - mukavuudet uusien ja viehätys vanhan! Pysäk��intialueelle on ajotieltä ja autotalli, mutta autoa ei tarvita tässä kaupunginosassa!
Tämä koti sijaitsee erinomaisella paikalla vain 5 minuutin kävelymatkan päässä suosittu NW 23rd Avenue lähellä Thurman tonnia putiikkeja, koti suunnittelu kauppoja sekä paikallisia ja tunnettuja myymälöissä, antiikkia, retkeilyreitit (vain korttelin päässä Forest Park), puistoja, galleriat, upea ravintola onko happy hour tai fine dining, Euroopan leipomot, paikalliset mikro valmistaa ja pubeja, kahviloita ... lähes kaiken nautinnollista vierailua Portland. Se on hyvin lähellä katua auton nopean pääsyn Pearl District, Willamette joen ja Keskusta on myös kävelyetäisyydellä, jos olet hyvä kävelijä! Talo sijaitsee rauhallisella umpikujaan kadulla, jossa on paljon street parking plus polku lopussa kadulla pääset suoraan Thurman jossa kahviloita, Ranskan leipomot ja putiikkeja alkaa. Vain korttelin päässä on kätevä Terveystietoiset kaupunkien ruokakauppaan arjen tarpeet ja varusteltu paikallisia tuoretuotteita. Lähellä julkisen liikenteen ... tekee tästä hyvä paikka niin työhön tai hauskaa!

Really nice property in a good neighborhood and walkable to nearby businesses. The best part is having a parking spot available in the driveway which made coming and going super convenient. Becky, the property manager, was very easy to communicate with.

Great space for hanging out with family Great location coffee shop, brewery close by. Lots of room.Heads up if you have mobility issues: the stairs upstairs are uneven step lengths where the only accessible shower is and downstairs shower is difficult to access. The stairs up to the house itself are steep and long.

Walking in we were each impressed by the high ceilings, house layout, modern kitchen and comfortable feel. Perfect layout for three sisters on a weekend catchup. House was clean and well appointed and conveniently located. Thanks for a great stay!

This was an amazing house to stay in during my daughter's wedding! The house was extremely charming with plenty of space for three families to find areas to spread out and chill. The beds were super cozy and the neighborhood lovely. My cousin rented a place next door and we really enjoyed our morning walks to The Dragonfly for coffee. The house was a perfect distance from the wedding at Hoyt and receptoon at Great Notion. The host included so many extras like coffee and cream and popcorn! We will definitely keep this place on our radar for future trips!

Easy check in and clear communication with owner. Plenty of space. Parking spot is essential if you have a car. House can be warm when the temperature approaches 90 F even with window ACs. Great neighborhood for restaurants and entertainment.

Perfect house in a quiet street that is a block away from coffee shops, bars and restaurants. Also only 4 blocks from a huge park with walking trails. Kitchen was stocked with everything. Will stay again.

The house is large and comfortable. The parking in the driveway is so helpful. The dead-end street is quiet. The walk to 23rd & 21st is not short for an 85-year-old person, who was my traveling companion, so we ended up driving over to those areas to walk around. For strong walkers, this property is close enough to shops & restuarants.

We had a great time staying at the Victorian House in uptown Portland. It is everything the listing says and more. It has character, history, and comfort. We particularly enjoyed the creaking floors as we thought of all the people who have walked around the 100+ year old house. It is tucked in amongst apartments and condos but is a remarkably quiet neighborhood. It happened to be quite nice and warm when we were there so we spent time outside on the back deck. Quite lovely! Our New Yorker enjoyed getting coffee each morning from different coffee shops and they were all great. We walked to the Fillmore Trattoria for dinner one night and to St Honore and Besaw's for breakfast. We also just hung out and played games and streamed movies. We hope to return to this little gem in Uptown Portland.

Two friends and I decided to meet in Portland for a girl weekend and could not have been happier with our stay. The house is in a FANTASTIC location. Really good food, shopping and other attractions are all within a short walking distance. House was clean and really cute! So much charm and the neighborhood felt very safe. Absolutely recommend!

Hard to find a better location or house for a family gathering weekend. Quiet street. Two year-old could ride her scooter. Delightful walks every day to bakery, shopping and park. Incredibly well stocked home for lots of family cooking. Wonderful vibe. Can’t say enough good things!!!!

We had a group of all adults and had more than enough room to not only sleep, but there it was perfect for us to come together and all have our own space at the same time. The neighborhood is great! So much to see and enjoy, but all walkable! Short drive to downtown Portland. Will definitely come back and stay here again.

We truly enjoyed our time in Portland! In part to our stay at this charming home. It had a lot of character while offering all the amenities needed. Having parking was a wonderful perk!! The location is perfect for morning walks to get coffee or dinner at night. There are some great hikes only a mile away. A wonderful place to stay.
