Kiva keväänavaus
Hotelli ylitti odotukset, huoneen vaihtokin sujui mukavasti, saatiin näköala joelle ( lisämaksu). Kaupunki on vierailemisen arvoinen, sää tosin vielä kylmä huhtikuun alussa.

Hotelli ylitti odotukset, huoneen vaihtokin sujui mukavasti, saatiin näköala joelle ( lisämaksu). Kaupunki on vierailemisen arvoinen, sää tosin vielä kylmä huhtikuun alussa.

Erinomainen sijainti
Sijainti oli erinomainen, jokimaisemissa, kävelyetäisyydellä nähtävyyksistä. Miellyttävä henkilökunta. Aamiainen oli hyvä, lukuunottamatta kohtuullisen karmeaa kahvia. Tilauksesta sai erikoiskahveja, munakkaita jne mutta se piti itse oivaltaa..

Erinomainen sijainta, erinomainen hotelli
Hotellin henkilökunta erittäin ystävällinen ja palvelualtis. Loistava hinta/laatu-suhde. Ainoa pieni valituksen aihe oli aamupala. Aamupala oli monipuolinen mutta aamiaisravintola oli ruuhkainen. Kannattaa mennä aamupalalle hyvissä ajoin, ettei tarvitse odottaa kahvitarjoilua ja kaikkea syötävää on vielä tarjolla.

Mukava hotelli erinomaisella sijainnilla
Hotellin sijainti oli erinomainen, nähtävyyksien ytimessä ja jokimaisemissa. Huoneet olivat tilavat ja näkymät hienot. Henkilökunta asiallisen ystävällistä. Aamiainen monipuolinen ja kun ymmärsi pyytää niin erikoiskahveja, munakkaita jne oli tilauksesta saatavilla. Kahvi oli uskomattoman pahaa :-) mutta se olikin ainoa huono puoli. Suosittelemme siis tilaamaan aamiaisella kahviksi capuccinoa tms.

You will have to drag your luggage to the front entrance of the hotel. Only taxis are allowed to go to the door and if costs more. Uber is not allowed there. I had asked for a replenishment of face towels but none came for 4 days! My tv did not work and it was clear that they replaced the whole thing because the furniture was moved around when I got back. And the person left the master key card in the slot. When I brought it back to the front desk, the person didn't seem to realize that I could have used that card to get into anyone's room and steal anything! I would stay there again but I would ask for a room facing the water. Looks like I was supposed to get an upgrade but that did not happen. But got a bottle of their house wine instead. I guess I should have been more demanding about the towels. But I did ask about them every day for 4 days. Never got them in the end.

The Pestana Vintage Porto Hotel is AWESOME! It is right in the hub of action on the waterfront with a cool area out front to have drinks and snacks and enjoy people watching. The shops around, including a little grocery a few store fronts away, are interesting and great prices considering that you are in the middle of the action. We parked our car at a public garage about two blocks away on the main road into town and it was simple. The room was fun, with a view onto the water, and the breakfast included was great. Loved every bit of this stay and found the price totally reasonable.

In the middle of the Ribeira riverfront plenty of bars and restaurants. Walkable to all major sights. Great service and any issues we had were promptly addressed and fixed. Great stay at a great hotel. Will definitely be back.

If you stay at the Pestana Vintage Hotel, expect to be pampered! We spent 6 nights right in the heart of the Ribeira area and loved every minute. This property offers delicious breakfasts, accommodating staff and an excellent location to explore the entire area. Our room was very spacious, with a soaker tub and loads of hot water to let you ease your muscles for the next day’s hilly walks.we loved it.

The staff were helpful and friendly. They provided excellent dining recommendations and tour advice. The location is central to the Port houses and other attractions. A wonderful breakfast buffet with free port and sparkling wine.

Huonoa: Majoituspaikan kunto ja tilat
Mi spiace lamentarmi ma ho chiesto una colazione particolare per la mia compagna che ha il diabete hanno detto che avrebbero dato quello che chiedevo per lei a colazione ma alla fine non è andata così! inoltre ho chiesto un transfer dal hotel all' aeroporto e mi hanno detto che avrei pagato 35 euro (conversazione attraverso vs sito dovreste poter vederla) invece arrivato in aeroporto mi ha chiesto 45 euro!! ovviamente ho pagato ma mi sono sentito preso un giro!vedete voi se è giusto così in tal caso non acquisterò mai più del vs sito Saluti

We really liked that the hotel is conveniently close to restaurants and shopping and just a short walk to Vila Nova de Gaia. The staff was very helpful and accommodating! They made lunch and dinner recommendations and even made the reservations for us. We truly enjoyed our stay at this beautiful hotel and look forward to staying there again on our next visit!

I like the friendliness of the staff. They helped us book where we can dine, too. They even prepared a to go box for us to bring to the airport when they learned that we will not be able to eat breakfast because our flight was at 5 am. We also didn’t have to worry about our airport transportation because they arranged everything for us. We also enjoyed the vibe of the place. We watched the performers along the river. It was fun and vibrant.
