Escape to this stylish and serene seaside apartment, ideal for couples and families. Perfectly located just a short stroll (under 5 minutes) from the beach and the peaceful canoe lake, it’s a haven for those looking to relax, recharge, or explore the coast. After a day of adventure, enjoy a leisurely walk along the shoreline or indulge in a delicious meal at one of the nearby restaurants—all within easy reach.

Relax in the inviting living area on the ground floor, there is a separate kitchen fully equipped, with a dishwasher and washing machine, making it a comfortable home away from home.

Downstairs the apartment features a spacious main bedroom with a king-size bed, a single bed and pull-out trundle bed—great for little ones. The modern bathroom includes a walk-in shower and a separate bath, perfect for unwinding after a day out.

We provide parking permits for one vehicle for on road parking, permits for additional vehicles can be purchased via the on line check in.

It`s a short walk to Southsea Shops, supermarkets, bars and restaurants.
There are many other attractions a few minutes walk from the apartment such as Canoe Lake, Pier, Beach, Pyramids leisure centre, Southsea castle and D-Day Museum.

You have access to the entire apartment.

We are trying to do our bit for the environment wherever possible. We are trying to avoid single use plastics and buy local/British to lower the carbon footprint by providing the following:
Refillable toiletries in reusable bottles (please don’t throw them away) they are British made and cruelty free too
Environmentally friendly loo roll - who gives a crap. Made from recycled paper with no plastic packaging. We provide washable microfibre cloth for dishes rather than single use cloths.
Quiet hours 11pm to 8am
Please leave the house clean and tidy as you found it. No house parties, hen or stag parties. Only booked guests are permitted in the property.
Please do not wait until check out to report any issues, let us know during office hours, and report any check in issues immediately.
Refundable damage deposit of £150 is required.
We need you to complete the on-line check in before key info is provided , ID may be requested.
The following charges may be applied
Lost keys £30
Extra Cleaning £20 per hour - We allow for 2.5 hours cleaning per stay if it takes longer, we will have to charge you the additional cleaning cost.

Utilities are subject to a Fair and Acceptable Usage Policy. Should the allowance be exceeded, we reserve the right to apply a supplemental charge to cover this amount. Information surrounding the Fair Usage Allowance can be requested and found on our website.

Call out and repairs to Sani Flow toilet if anything other than toilet roll is found to be blocking it £300
