”Average hotel but what let it down was: a) the check-in filling out forms when all provided at time of booking. Reception taking photos of credit cards with personal phones is risky and not standard. b) after asking 3 times with 2 different reception staff to get the heater turned off in my room (roasting) as the controls did not work on the radiator. Nothing happened and not fixed over a couple of days”

”Only one working lift. Had to use the stairs to the 4th floor. Convenient location for our needs.”

”Cheap private room for a Saturday night, close to Deptford and Greenwich, with the DLR just around the corner so a handy spot. In the middle of an estate which was a bit of a shock at first but it was fairly tame for the most part. Didn’t attempt a shower as it smelt really bad. Toilets were kinda gross and smelt too. Room was decent enough though and the staff were sound. Bar area also decent with big screens showing sky sports, a dart board, sofas etc… Fine for a cheap one night stay. But...

”Hotel didn’t look anything like the photos shown!! 1st room was greeted in the bed with ants! To be told at reception they would “upgrade” me!! Upgraded room was no better! Shower seal was green! Splats all over the carpet! Everything about it was awful!! ”

”My Booking was canceled a few hours short of my check-in time on the day of travel and an alternative hotel was appointed a few miles away that had no parking and that was why I choose this hotel. local parking at long stay maximum was 24 hours so that ruined my stay to celebrate the king's coronation. the alternative hotel cost 50% less than I paid and was not refunded the difference. plans ruined checked out a day early. disgusting ”

”I never received any check in information, I arrived at the property at 3:30pm and I couldn’t get into the building. I tried calling the phone number that was previously provided and I couldn’t get through. The manager turned up outside after I had been standing there on crutches for 30mins. I informed the manager that I hadn’t received any check information, he then let me into the building where he contacted someone regarding check in information. I was given a key box/room card/but no code...
