El condominio esta hermoso, te hace sentir en casa. Esta muy limpio impecable de limpio. Tiene una vista hermosa no tenemos queja alguna. Fuimos a pasar navidad y estuvo mas que excelente, solo toma en cuenta que los sartenes que hay no sirven, lleva los tuyos. De hai en fuera, volveriamos una y mil veces mas a este mismo condominio.

Our rooms were nice and clean and comfortable beds. Only dangerous thing was the patio bench against the rails. It’s dangerous if a child stands on it to look at beach could fall from there over the railing. And also walkway onto the beach was not user friendly. It was too hard to walk on and your feet slip due to sand on hard dirt. Something needs to be done so anyone can go down to the beach or up from the beach without hurting their knees. But other then that the beach was beautiful and the pool was great!

Pretty great!

The condo is bright and beautiful and the view is amazing. Definitely the nicest place we've ever stayed in Mexico. The rooms were spacious and comfortable and it was perfectly clean when we arrived.The dishwasher didn't work which was unfortunate.They did send maintenance right away to fix it when I mentioned it, but he was until unable to do so.And then the next day I guess they sent a different maintenance person.But they could not enter since we were not in the condo at this time.The store and restaurant on site were great! Excellent quality and reasonable prices. All the staff we ran into were really friendly and awesome. Spa staff was very talented! Excellent masseuses!Some locals on day passes from relatives that worked at the resort lost their minds on us when we wanted to use the hot tub without the jets on. (The chlorine gas fumes were intense and our kids have asthma)We asked if they'd be willing to move to the adults only hot tub a few feet away (since they were adults). They said we should move. We asked staff on duty in the pool if we could go to the hot tub, but since party of our group was children they said it was impossible and that they'd turn the bubbles off and ask the other group to move if they wanted bubbles. But the other group became vocally aggressive, swearing at the kids and threatening us. They were shouting that because they were locals and this was their town and their home that they owned the hot tub we left rather than get physical

Very impressed with room, cleanliness and location. Would definitely go back. Wanted beach towels and was told had to give my ID to be able to use them. They already took a deposit from me, so I didn’t think it was necessary to leave my ID. They already photocopied my passport as well.

The stay was great, the room was clean. The staff gave us a hard time when we checked in telling us that we needed to pay more money because we were only allowed 4 people per room when our reservation clearly said sleeps eight people. We had to pay the man who checked us in $200 more dollars, that he insisted be in cash otherwise it would be more if we paid by card, to get wrist bands for our kids. Either the VRBO reservation was incorrect or the staff was taking advantage. This experince was off putting and even though the room was nice. I wouldnt stay here again because of that experince.

Uptight neighbors

We stayed 4 nights in room W606. The room was beautiful and the property was well kept. The issue we had was bad neighbors. My girlfriend and I enjoy sitting on the balcony in the evening to enjoy the ocean views and fresh air. 2 nights of our stay we had neighbor complaints for talking at low volume in the balcony. My kids were inside and couldn’t hear us so I know we were not loud. This was complete overkill and made me regret the resort choice.

Beautiful Condo in a Gorgeous Resort

It was overall very nice stay. Everything was neat, clean, and in order. Would definitely stay again. The only feedback I would give is that maybe a laminated card or something with wifi instructions would be nice. We couldn't located the router (it was under a cabinet) and the resort maintenance had to come up and help us find it. Other than that, absolutely no complaints.

Family Vacation

Property was great and had all amenities. Great for families of all ages. Kitchen is fully stocked with necessities, all you need is to bring food for that late midnight snack. A/C runs cold. Would consider renting property again.
