The condo has the barest of essentials and the beds were semi comfortable.No lights worked in one of the bedrooms due to bulbs being burned out and a lamp not in good shape but we were able to make do by moving a lamp from the second bedroom.The host was responsive when we reached out for help adjusting the heat in the steam heated building.The key fobs to enter the building did not work.However the code that...

”Overall, the condo is great. Excellent location, secure parking, spa and pool, safe and convenient. It’s well appointed with comfortable beds, clean and fully equipped kitchen, and en-suite laundry. It’s bright and airy with a lot of paintings. However, we could only give it four stars as much maintenance is needed: burned out lightbulbs, loose handles on bathroom tap, wobbly chairs (easily remedied with simple tools), loose carpeting. ”Payton was a perfect host - communicative and attentive. The basement flat is just as advertised. The bed is comfy and the Nespresso is a treat! The neighborhood is quaint and walking distance to coffee shops, restaurants, the arboretum and The Canal. If your visit includes a Sunday, the Ballard Market is a must! Because it is a basement flat, there is some overhead noise and parking is first come, but we didn’t have any problems.”
