âThe whole hotel was perfect, it's pictures and website do not do it justice. The decor throughout was flawless and well matched, absolutely no tired areas. The pool and spa areas were spacious and well thought out, we really loved the relaxing Japanese gardens. We are at the Palm restaurant in the evening, the wonderful food and cocktails, coupled with the pianist left us totally relaxed. Love this hotel, can't recommend it enough â

âIt was perfect for a night or 2. I tried contacting the owner before hand to ask booking in time and how to get in but no reply so we were hanging around hoping. More communication would be great, however the rooms were small and had everything we needed. Spotlessly clean, pure white towels, clean bedding and plenty of sockets. Lovely outside seating area. Will definitely return. â

âVery nice large property, excellent bedrooms. Great view from garden overlooking the river. Everything is in the property you need except an ice cube maker, and garden needs a little tidy .â
âFabulous location and beautiful views. This hotel is only a 15 minute walk into Llangollen. The staff were amazing and Melanie and the new girl Jody showed us the beautiful penthouse suite which is out of this world. We look forward to returning very soon. â

âProperty was located right in the heart of Wrexham, with easy/convenient walk from the train station. Numerous bars and restaurants within a couple minutes walk.
Staff was extremely friendly on check-in. Room and bed were very comfortable for my two night stay. Bathroom fixtures were a little dated, however, everything was very clean and worked perfectly. Didnât get a chance to enjoy the bar/restaurant but looked like a nice place.

âSpent one night at the hotel. It is situated in an old building in the center of Nantwich. Staff was friendly. The room was small and there was poor soundproofing, you could hear noice from the other rooms and the street. The hotel had a car park and the breakfast was OK. â
