”A portion (not all) of the staff didn’t seem to care about our experience or satisfaction. The property lacks an identity and very little passion for guest service. The one positive — the overwater bungalows, which we opted for on one of our nights, was pretty incredible.”

Bed was good in the room with a garden view but a lot worse in the overwater bungalow, there were also many pillows, and also there were shampoo, body lotion, conditioner, three different soaps, slipper, utility kit and rain ponchos! ”The hotel appears to be fairly new. The room smelt of fresh paint, clean and a good size. The bed was comfortable, and the bathroom and kitchenette area was a good size. The location is approximately 15 minute taxi drive from the airport, which was perfect, especially with an early morning flight. The only disappointment is no onsite restaurant.
