”Overall very nice and relaxing perfect first trip to DR. Only complaint was the room service, Aries really gave me a hard time and had an attitude for no reason at all. He kept telling me they only served coffee for room service and when i asked any questions he constantly put me on hold for minutes. I eventually got help from a lady im not sure her name. Also, the room had hair in the shower and jacuzzi, also surfaces werent properly wiped down. ”
