”Our stay at Beloved Playa Mujeres in Cancun was absolutely wonderful! The resort is beautiful, peaceful, and romantic, making it the perfect place to relax and enjoy a little paradise. The staff was friendly and attentive, the food was delicious, and the atmosphere was amazing from beginning to end. Every detail made our stay feel special, and we truly enjoyed the experience. I would definitely recommend Beloved to couples looking for a luxurious, intimate, and unforgettable getaway. We can’t...

”WOW! Did not expect such a beautiful stay as the one we had. My group had 2 rooms and they were both suites- ABSOLUTELY BEAUTIFUL. It was like a small apartment fully equipped with a washer and dryer! My parents absolutely loved this place. The entire staff was so pleasant especially the person who checked us in unfortunately I did for get his name. Very pleasant stay, we are so happy.”

”This experience was mind blowing. Have visited multiple hotels but this one is one of its kind. Property, room, cleanliness, amenities were all top notch, but what really stood out was the staff and the food. Food is michelin star grade, without a question. Restaurants DAO, NOI, Bocados were out of this world… When talking abouts staff, i’m basically speechless. Intelligence paired with kindness, manner and they were all seeking to make every single of your moments unforgettable: special...

”The resort staff was amazing!! The food was great, the speed was even better, water temperature really good!! Bars inside the pool were super cool, whole family had a blast!! I have 0 complaints. We will definitely go back.”

”I really liked this hotel and the comfort it provides is unmatched. Every one of the staff members is really attentive and nice. The only reason I’m giving it 4 starts instead of 5 is the food. Out of all the restaurants around this hotel, just one met my expectations.”

”Arrived early, could not receive room until 4:00 due to the fact that it was still being cleaned, after receiving room we found stained bed sheets, a dead bug on the bed, and must’ve been the previous guests hair in the shower, notified staff and they came up for an entire reclean as we stood there and waited, the next day we entered our room at 4:30 after leaving it at 10am to go to the pool and came back to it not being cleaned and stood there as cleaners came up, this resort is not to kids...

”Excellent resort. Plenty amenities for all ages. Multiple restaurant choices and incredibly helpful and friendly staff. We'll definitely be back. Special mention to Hector/Jose/Jackie and Chris who were great throughout the week.”

”Mukava hotelli, siisti huone ja yleiset fasiliteetit (kuntosali, allasalueet, ravintolat yms). Äänitaso hotellissa ilta-aktiviteettien osalta huoneisiin kantautuva, mikäli toivoo aikaisia unia esim aikaerorasituksen vuoksi on syytä turvautua korvatulppiin.
