”Great place in an reasonable area - BUT... The reception was up 3-4 large flights of stairs so not good if you are travelling with heavy luggage - there was no lift and this was not mentioned in the website booking process”

”Very good location. The hostel is very central, only a couple of minutes to the town hall. Inside it is very clean and I can not complain about anything for the price that I paid. Reception staff were friendly and helped me to plan public transport. The room had everything we needed for one night and the bed was comfortable. I would recommend this place.”

”Staff is extremely helpful and friendly (best thing about the place). The hotel has a good location, in one of the main streets of the city, with walking-distance to restaurants, markets, mall and nightlife. Maintenance is the main problem in the room which also leads the impression of not being clean enough, although it might be. Mattress and pillow are okay, but there is room to improvements.”

”Lovely clean place, conveniently near the bus stop and the beds are clean and comfortable. Down side is the walls were gross. They had what looked like poo on them, not much just a little. Still... Staff were lovely”

"The hotel and the rooms were amazing. I also loved the luxurious breakfast and spa. I had multiple issues during my stay with first the tv and then with billing and the tablet-controller, but the staff was so lovely and professional that it really didnt matter. Every problem was compensated very well. I would love to travel here again. Thank you again for the kind and friendly staff, you did amazing! "

"New and tidy hotel. The breakfast was really good, a lot to choose from. Our room was a junior suite but it didn’t really feel like a suite. It was very plain. But we didn’t really spend much time in the hotel toom so it didn’t bother us. Very comfy beds, I have a back injury so this was a big plus for me! Location is a bit further away from the old town but we didn’t mind the walk, it took us maybe 10 mins. "
