”If you are looking for a ROACH MOTEL, this is the ultimate location. Killed 3 roaches within one hour of check-in. When I reported it to the front desk/manager, he offered the room next door! When we objected, he even threatened to call the police!!!! I was in hotel/restaurant management for many years and this disgrace to hospitality should be burned down.”

”Elevator not working upon arrival and staff did not make us aware until after check in. My wife has health problems. I could barely make it up the steps had we known upon check-in about the elevator not working we rebooked a new room and they charge security deposit without telling us anything.”

”The lobby, hallways and our room smelled like cigarette smoke. The hotel had no solution for this nor did they offer to change our room. Beds were okay but bathroom had hair on the sink and hair on our towels.”

”The room and bathroom were clean, but there was a noticeable smell of cigarettes. The front door needed cleaning, and the bathroom door was also dirty. The bed sheets were clean, and the bed itself was comfortable. In a pinch, I would stay again — but I’d definitely bring some air freshener.”

”This place was dirty! The bed sheets in 2 rooms we went into were dirty. There was lipstick on a pillow case. It appears they do not wash the sheets. My wife and I left and went to another hotel. I wouldn’t let a farm animal stay here. ”
