Perfect in every way! Clean , quite, Great that you can store you bag so I could look around Queenstown before flight, And free hot chocolate mechanic on all floors, Great view of the city, so walkable. Love my stay will be back again 😀

Everything was great for a solo traveler. Easy to walk to town and restaurants, very clean everyone was nice. Only issues were it had terrible pillows and weird bathroom lights. Hopefully those are easy fixes But I highly recommend this property

I had a great stay. I had everything I needed for a short stay. The location is awesome right in the Center but most importantly staff is so friendly and helpful and Millie and Harry made my stay in Queenstown one to remember ☺️ thank you for all the great tips and being welcoming hosts ❤️

Nice spot just doesn’t have a bar so no where to go on Easter and Christmas weekend because of NZ laws. Would’ve been nice to know that before hand

Very nice modern and clean place for a good price! The rooftop was very nice and there are plenty of comfy lounge spaces in the hotel. There is a hot drink machine on every floor which was wonderful. The room was clean and modern with cool lighting. The shower and toilet have glass walls as a heads up. Wi-Fi was great and lots of chargers in the room. There is construction going on which makes parking and access annoying. There is only the public parking available which is $3/hr and free overnight.

Great location but not ideal with road works, although these weren’t operating when I was there. Staff were great - friendly and ‘onto it’ which I appreciated. My hairdryer wasn’t working which only found out after a shower. If housekeeping checked it when the room were cleaned,this would be helpful

Loved the mi-coffee complimentary machine. Also liked the intelligent lighting in the room. Loved the common areas on multiple levels and the view of the city from out tv in our room through the rooftop terrace cameras.

Beautiful, well kept hotel rooms. Excellent location. There was a lot of road construction around the hotel that made it hard to access by car.

Very clean rooms and comfortable bed. Check in was super easy. There is currently a lot of construction in the area. I stayed on a Sunday but I imagine it might be pretty noisy on weekdays.

Overall I was plenty happy with the room/stay. The view from the rooftop patio is excellent. It was also very central to town, so it was easy to walk to many places (albeit a bit hilly). A few minor complaints: 1) The nearby construction made it a bit tricky to get to the parking lot 2) The lighting in the room was tied to motion sensors. This was good in some ways (dim lights would light up the floor under the bed, which helped navigate the room at night), not so good in others (lights could turn off while sitting on the toilet). Its possible to force them to stay on, but not very easily. 3) It was slightly cramped.

Very nice staff. Great location. Nice roof top sitting area. Unfortunately the coffee machines didn’t work either morning we were there. Light sensors kept going off in the middle of the night. Room is very small for two adults and luggage.

This place was right at the top of the hill near Queenstown, making it easy to be in the heart of things. Location was great, the room was great. Parking was a little tough but it wasn’t a big deal.

Loved the location but we’re dismayed by the bathrooms. Bathroom lights come on full blast when you open the glass door waking your partner in the middle of the night. Under bed lights come on when you step out of bed. Nice for safety but not conducive to quality sleep.

C’était un bon hôtel Le seul problème était service journalier pour nettoyer la chambre On a demandé le service chaque jour mais la femme de ménage n’a jamais changé les literies et elle n’a pas passé l’aspirateur dans la chambre Je trouve pour un séjour de 6 jours C’est quand même nécessaire de passer au moins une fois l’aspirateur et changer les literies.

I’ve run out of days…this gem is a must!
Quaint boutique hotel with a fabulous view of the lake and City Centre. We were warmly greeted at the front desk, issued keys and recommended some of the best eats in town. The room’s footprint is compact, but very smart. Love the under bed motion lights, made it easy to navigate the dark room without waking others. Also appreciate the eco measures taken. Once you explore the town, plan on letting time pass you by as you enjoy the overlook deck. If it’s a chilly night, help yourself to complimentary hot cocoa and snuggle by the fireplace. Mi-pad is definitely a gem!!! Too bad we couldn’t stay long.

Excellent budget option. Super comfortable and nicely finished. Fantastic showers and great location. Would definitely stay again. Good to note- Wifi is as very patchy and the free coffee machines are a great idea but were largely empty apart from a super weak filter coffee with no milk or sugar so best avoid.

Should have been told beforehand that the street in the front of the building was completely under construction. Should have been told that our balcony faced the construction which caused us to not use it as it was noisy and dusty. The heated towel feature did not work
