”Very new hotel. Location is close to the freeway but not necessarily close to restaurants or shopping if you are walking. Having said that, by car is about 18 minutes to the airport. There is plenty of parking however there is a charge of $16 dollars which honestly is very tacky. No other hotel at this level does this and seems like a cheap money grab. I was driving a dually with a trailer and they do have oversized parking off to the side. But once again, the parking charge is unnecessary.”

”Todella siisti ja mukava hotelli. Rauhallinen huone, paljon ilmaisia parkkipaikkoja, riittävän hyvä aamupala, kiva kuntosali ja hyvä ravintola heti hotellin takana. Ystävällinen henkilökunta.”

”Bedbugs. Lots of em.”

”I would say the biggest problem was access to the rooms. And then had another problem with the right number, but the door wouldn’t open think. I tried it 17 times then I called and the man on the phone helped me, but the door was difficult that it happened to all the ones in the larger numbers. The bed was great. The pillows were great. The room was great.”

”Another great stay! I’m always happy to come back and consistently appreciate the outstanding service and hospitality. This hotel truly feels like my home away from home whenever I’m in KC for a Current game!”

”This is one of my favorite properties to visit! The staff always goes above and beyond for anything you need!!”

”We have stayed at this property several times. Have had no issues. Hotel is in an area which I feel safe taking outdoor walks. Very quiet location even being in the flight path of Kansas City International Airport. This is one we will likely visit again.”

”The manager helped me with the shuttle . He did really good customer service”

”staff were incredibly helpful! Our first trip to KC, MO and they were so helpful. It made our stay great and we had an incredible time!”

”The room could’ve been cleaner. Breakfast was pretty bad. Everyone was nice. Hotel was overall clean. It’s just you could tell it’s been a while since the room was deep cleaned.”

”What a great and unexpected experience. I’ve stayed all over downtown and have found my go to. I’ll be back for sure.”

”We overall had a good stay! Unfortunately the pool was not open and we were not told that until after check in and paying. The shower in one room was very old and poorly maintained and didn’t drain well. The bed was comfortable and we had all the space we needed for our family of 7.”
