”Parking & every thing about this place was felt safe ,clean convenient”

”Todella siisti ja mukava hotelli. Rauhallinen huone, paljon ilmaisia parkkipaikkoja, riittävän hyvä aamupala, kiva kuntosali ja hyvä ravintola heti hotellin takana. Ystävällinen henkilökunta.”

”Bedbugs. Lots of em.”

”Very new hotel. Location is close to the freeway but not necessarily close to restaurants or shopping if you are walking. Having said that, by car is about 18 minutes to the airport. There is plenty of parking however there is a charge of $16 dollars which honestly is very tacky. No other hotel at this level does this and seems like a cheap money grab. I was driving a dually with a trailer and they do have oversized parking off to the side. But once again, the parking charge is unnecessary.”

”I would say the biggest problem was access to the rooms. And then had another problem with the right number, but the door wouldn’t open think. I tried it 17 times then I called and the man on the phone helped me, but the door was difficult that it happened to all the ones in the larger numbers. The bed was great. The pillows were great. The room was great.”

”Another great stay! I’m always happy to come back and consistently appreciate the outstanding service and hospitality. This hotel truly feels like my home away from home whenever I’m in KC for a Current game!”

”Conveniently located. Excellent breakfast 5 stars for that. Some signs of dilapidation....mainly some peeling wallpaper...not much. The only truly major negative issues was someone let their animal urinate on the first floor right between the elevators. We notified the front desk staff lady on our way out to dinner and she said it would taken care of right way. The puddle was still there when we came back from dinner and was a dried puddle when we came down for breakfast in the morning. ...

”We have stayed at this property several times. Have had no issues. Hotel is in an area which I feel safe taking outdoor walks. Very quiet location even being in the flight path of Kansas City International Airport. This is one we will likely visit again.”

”This is one of my favorite properties to visit! The staff always goes above and beyond for anything you need!!”

”What a great and unexpected experience. I’ve stayed all over downtown and have found my go to. I’ll be back for sure.”

”staff were incredibly helpful! Our first trip to KC, MO and they were so helpful. It made our stay great and we had an incredible time!”

”A lovely place within walking distance of the Kemper and Nelson-Atkins. The room was lovely and had a nice sitting room and spacious shower.”

”Was blind-sided with an additional $100 deposit against "incidentals" upon arrival. Not that there were any incidentals available. Deadbolt on room door wouldn't latch so had to prop chair under the door handle. All in all, would not stay there again unless desperate for a room.”
