”Great hotel with a fantastic location. The rooms are spacious but NYC standards and clean. The restaurant in the lobby has great coffee and is a fun place to spend an evening. Joe the manager is fantastic. He made our stay very enjoyable.”

”Amazing location. Bell men will go above and beyond to make your stay pleasant and they will get you anything you ask for. Concierge desk employees are not helpful at all, and they do not even try. I asked for newspapers one morning and they just said we don't have it and they told me they don't know where to get it. Bell men overheard it and within 5 minutes one of them brought it to my room. ”Friendly service when I checked in late at night. I have nothing bad to say about this place, but maybe showers need doors, water kinda gets all over. My departure flight was late in the evening so I left my luggage for them to store for a few hours, nice service there :) I enjoyed my stay, helpful staff and smiley faces that made me feel welcome. Would stay again :)”

”We enjoyed the location of the hotel! The property felt safe and clean, and the room was surprisingly spacious. Some noise from the streets carried very clearly to the room (7th floor), so it interrupted the sleep on occasion. The advertised breakfast was a disappointment - it’s just a coffee and a sweet pastry, which we had to request separately when the front desk said it’s not included in our stay (what it was and luckily we had it stated on the reservation).”
