The hotel is located right at the center of Desenzano near the harbor. Request a room with a view to enjoy the daily activities of the local people going about. The downside to this is a bit of noise in the evenings as they have musical performances outside. The room was clean and the bathroom had recently been renovated. However the lobby and breakfast area was outdated and could use some work. Breakfast was ok in terms of food quality and selection. The staff was ok, not super friendly but we could manage. Overall a nice stay of 4 nights.

Casa bonita a pie de lago. Entorno y vistas espectaculares. Destacar la atención y la råpida respuesta a todas nuestras necesidades del propietario. Fallo de la casa la cocina demasiado pequeña y sin espacios para trabajar. Lo peor y que no se indica, un baño fuera de la casa lleno de humedad. Horrible. ...

Very clean and quiet hotel, we had a great time. Breakfast was really varied and tasty. Thank you very much for your great help when I forgot my phone in the taxi on the way to the airport. The friendly taxi driver returned to the airport to bring the phone, thanks again to him too!
