”The hotel is clean and in a convenient location. Beds are super comfortable. My only issue is upon check in I had my service dog with me. I made it clear she is working and is always with me. I was charged a deposit and parking fee upon check in, obviously normal. After checking out and being home a few days I noticed an unusually large charge on my card statement from the hotel. When I called to inquire I was told I was charged a pet fee, that was a little over 80 dollars. I was never told this...

”Very rude , called us at 3 in the Morning to tell us to turn off the tv , added a9$ fee to my card for what I have no idea, only thing good about this place is that it’s close to the beach . I actually could not believe it could not go back to sleep. Completely out of line. ”Check-in was easy, and the staff was knowledgeable in what they were doing. The room was very humid and sticky which you can expect by the beach if the window is wide open. The beds were extremely loud. Just turning sitting down getting up to use the restroom or anything made a loud sound that woke up our seven-year-old son in the bed next to us. There is like a metal under bed cover or frame perhaps? That is extremely squeaky and loud. It honestly sounded like somebody closing a dumpster lid....

”Asiakaspalvelu kiitettävä. Sijainti rantojen suhteen erinomainen. Parkkeeraus toimi. Samas talos erittäin hyvä Thaimaalainen ravintola. Huone siisti. Mitään ihme hajua, josta joku arvostelija valitti en havainnut ollenkaan. Mutta joo, seinät ohuet, kyllä. Tämä ei ongelma jos naapuri rauhallinen. Toisena yönä seinänaapurina oli ilmeisesti ranskalaisia, jotka pälisivät pitkälle yöhön ja puhe tosiaan tuli läpi. Mutta ei ku korvatulpat korviin niin sillä selvittiin.”
