”I stayed here over the weekend for a convention being held at the hotel, CNY-Con. The staff were very friendly and helpful, the amenities (including the attached Beer Tree restaurant where we ate for breakfast, enjoyed drinks and Karaoke and picked up quick meals throughout the day) were excellent, and the location was safe and clean. 10/10 I will be re-booking another stay next summer for the same event.”

”Location was close to Pratt Munson where my daughter had an art show. Wonderful location.”

”Receptionists didn't found our reservation and didn't give internet code to show it. Finally after 30 minutes found it and got the rooms. Internet was not working, receptionists claim it's ok but needs again an other 30 minutes to prove not! Reboot the system and start working. Please avoid if find some other hotel. Visit regular on area, but next time go an other place. Location near shopping and restaurants good, but service very starnge in US.”

”Great location for where we needed to be. 5 minute walk to the rink. 3 floor walk up may be a challenge. Food and excellent restaurants close by. Knead to eat , best breakfast place! Tailor and Bakercwas a great choice for dinner. Nina’s pizza was out of this world great!! We used on street parking the entire weekend. Thank you to our host!”
