”Everything was great, although had I known that the lobby was not staffed in the late evening I would have tried to arrive a bit earlier. Still wasn't difficult to get assistance though. Only negative I could note was that the floors in the room were slick from using too much soap when they mopped. Very convenient to Kings Dominion...we will be back next time we need a roller coaster fix.”

”Just as when my wife and I stayed there three years prior, the beds are always super comfy. Our view from the seventh floor was beautiful. The real highlight to the trip was the stellar service from Kelsey, the food and beverage manager, and Lauren our server/bartender at hotel restaurant, Small Batch. They both were super friendly and an attentive to our needs. We look forward to staying there again soon”
