I would definetely recommend to book a room that faces sea or atleast a streetview unless it is just a place to sleep.
We picked a hotel based on availability of parking but that really is not an issue. We found plenty of parking garages right in the center so if you don't mind walking 200 meters, there's no need to book a hotel with parking. "
