”At first glance from the outside the hotel looks rundown. VERY DECEPTIVE!! This is a grand old building coming back to life. The interior has been updated and modernized. Very comfortable, clean and modern rooms. The staff is very friendly and welcoming. I will pass this way again and will stay here again.”

”The interior of our room was very clean. The automated entry system worked fine. The sound-proofing of the room was quite good, given that the hotel is on a pretty busy stretch of road. There was a fridge, but no sign of an ice machine anywhere. A microwave would have been nice since we brought back leftovers to have for breakfast. ”The entire place smelled like marijuana, cigarette smoke, or fragrance to try and cover up the other smells. They are using the hotel for over flow of section 8 housing so there are homeless people all around the property and in the hotel. There were people doing drugs outside the hotel and no staff member did anything about it. I did not stay and asked for a refund where the staff was very dismissive.
