”What a wonderful boutique hotel! The staff was amazing - the rooms are beautifully decorated and filled with every amenity you could want or need. Great pool with outdoor bar/BBQ area, where an extensive continental breakfast is served each morning. Located close to plenty of restaurants and bars. We will definitely be back.”

”A/C did not stay at set temp. It was 82 degrees when we arrives late and took time to cool. Pool was great, wonderful location. Contact from host was very frequent.”

”It was the perfect location. So close to downtown, yet still felt tucked away in a neighborhood. We loved our stay. The temperature and AC were excellent. Our little bungalow, bungalow D was perfect for a couple. I was worried because it said it was pet friendly that there would be evidence of pets. I do not like pets. But I would never have known. Really a perfect spot.”

”The property did not match the description in the listing. Some of the pictures were of a different unit, it was very small, old, not well maintained, and the outside furniture wasn't usable. The nearest beach access at Cleo Street was closed for construction. The property manager was very responsive and accommodating in helping us find another spot.”

”We had stayed at this location previously, since we stayed several years ago the exterior maintenance of the building and public spaces including the ocean view deck for sunning and family gatherings, has fallen off. Ripped and dirty cushions, maintenance materials stored in public spaces. The biggest issue was arriving to find the AC was not working and an "in-window" unit had been added using tape and cardboard to seal the edges, all without this being communicated to us.”
