”They had great options for food places. I would recommend upgrading to premium to get to choice where you get to eat for dinner & you get to go to the private pool. The other pool was a little too crowded, didn’t go to it once. Majority of the staff speak Spanish, it was difficult to communicate at times but not a big deal! We figured it out. It’s right on the beach & got to see beautiful sunsets. Theres AC and room was spacious for two.”

”Excelente hotel vale la pena cada centavo!!!, comida deliciosa y el personal super atento. Lo único que falla es que para entrar a las albercas de niños o áreas de niños no hay rampas!!!! Entonces como esperan que pasemos con carriolas y algo molesto a tomar en cuenta es que es muy revoltoso el llegar a cada lugar del hotel y todo está lejos tienes que tomar como 2 o 3 elevadores pero en general yo si regresaba”

”We stayed here 5 nights 6 days, and everything was amazing. From the check in drinks to the staff being very nice and helpful. Restaurant food was to die for. (make sure you make reservations, or the staff can make it for you. Buffet restaurant has good selection as well. Rooms were very clean. Housekeepers did an as mazing job every day. We will definitely stay here again and recommended families with kids. The only bad thing I could say is the pool water warm...

”Be aware the resort is good drive from Puerto Vallarta. The resort is definitely more for relaxation.
