It consists of two bedrooms. The first is a large bedroom with a double bed (160 x 200) and a double sofa bed. The second bedroom is equipped with a double bed (160 x 200) and a comfortable walk-in closet.

Both bedrooms are equipped with Smart TV and access their own balcony equipped with a table and chairs where you can relax while enjoying a breakfast or a nice aperitif.



The bathroom is independent, located in the hallway, and is equipped with a bidet and shower.



From the dining area, equipped with a table and chairs for all guests, you access the kitchen which is complete with a refrigerator, microwave, dishwasher, oven, cooktop and is equipped for cooking and eating living room with table and chairs and sofa.



The apartment is very quiet and can accommodate a maximum of 6 people (75 sqm). The apartment has access to internet via WiFi, washing machine, air conditioning/heating and Smart TV.



The apartment is provided complete with sheets and towels for all guests. The apartment is very comfortable.



Its central location, immediately outside the limited traffic zone, allows you to explore numerous tourist attractions on foot. In front of the apartment there are numerous bus lines to quickly reach the more distant areas of tourist interest.

The apartment is suitable for Smart Working use with fast internet connection.



The City Tax is €6.00 per person per day (including children from 10 years old onwards) and must be paid upon arrival (Excluding bookings from web portals where the City Tax is already deducted).
