Dear Anonymous we regret to hear you did not enjoy your stay in our hotel. We would like to point out though, that you had originally booked a room for three-people, while there were five of you (including two infant children and your own crib) on your arrival day, which was not reported previously. Consequently our staff had to give out twice as many towels and shower products. Nonetheless we charged you the price for a triple room, being confident you would have appreciated it. Moreover when the elevator suffered a temporary breakdown, our staff did help you to carry your luggage all the way down the building - something you forgot to mention in your review. We are always open to constructive criticism and ready to meet our clients’ requirements, but we are also willing to answer back to reviews that are incorrect and unfair to our staff. Kind regards.
