Gentilissimo,la ringraziamo per il suo commento, ci teniamo a precisare che le nostre camere sono tutte situate al massimo al primo piano e che in struttura è presente un ascensore, anche se piccolo e un po' nascosto.Tutte le camere sono climatizzate caldo/freddo, hanno il telefono, la TV, il frigorifero, un bollitore con una scelta di tisane, the e caffe rifornite quotidianamente, tutte hanno il bagno con doccia, accessoriato con specchio per il trucco, kit linea cortesia, phon.Una colazione sia dolce che salata a buffet è un bar è quotidianamente a disposizione della clientela.Un saluto

Thank you very much for your candid review of your recent stay at our hotel. Your feedback is extremely valuable to us, as we strive to improve with each and every stay. I greatly appreciate your comments about size of the room that is small but please be aware that most of our double rooms are bigger than the one you booked, only 3 double rooms in our hotel have a small size, reason why we sell those at a discounted rate. All our air contitioners conditioners have a fan, using the remote control you can direct it as you wish. We thank you for mentioning our breakfast variety, it’s much more than a continental affair here, … cheese, eggs, cold cuts, fresh bread, cereals, juices, home made yogurt, cakes and pastries. As also a fresh brewed coffee and cappuccino, like at a bar, is not easy to find in a hotel breakfast. Regarding the aspects of your stay you didn't like we are sorry that you did not report your disappointment on the space and equipment in your room during your stay, we could propose to upgrade to a different room. should you return to Rome one day we would be happy welcoming you back again and try to give you different impression.
