We were transferred to Trevi palace luxury ... due to closed floor at Navona. However Trevi was a perfect replacement, fantastic terrace with hot tub and near by Trevi. Would definitely recommend the place. //Peter

Do not stay here is you want to sleep. 1st of all this is not luxury by any means and not worth the price. Front office ais rude and deceitful. They had notice on elevator about taxi strike which was not true. They of course were offering their services at a much more expensive rate. There is so much noise until 3AM and the beds are awful!!

We checked in on Friday, April 12th in the evening. We were escorted to our room on the first floor and the noise level was ridiculous as it was directed above the hotel bar with extremely loud music. They were able to move our room to a much quieter part of the 1st floor. We enquired about the air conditioning and were told that it would take time for the room to cool off. It ends up that we were deceived because in actuality there was no air conditioning available on the first floor (according to the manager, they don't have AC on the first floor until May 1st). So for the second night, they moved our room to the 2nd floor...but again right over the bar. We were told that that was our only option, unless we would allow them to move us to an affiliated hotel about 10 minutes away. We said okay, and they said they could do it but it would cost us an additional 200 euro. We of course did not accept this ridiculous option. Steer clear of this place!!!

유럽 호텔이라 추울까 걱정했는데 전혀 춥지않고 따뜻했어요. 지리적으로 너무좋았어요. 판테온 나보나광장 트레비분수 다 도보거리 콜로세움 바티칸도 도보 가능합니다. 주변 맛집 많고 작은 슈퍼도 있고. 가족여행객에게 추천해요.

We got no sleep on the Friday and Saturday night as there where bars in the vicinity banging on until 2 in the morning,music that loud that it shook the building, not a great place to stay if you have children. The day we left we were in a rush to get to the airport, the receptionist charged us 80 euros for 5 nights bed tax, and 80 euros for my daughters 5 night stay, she said we would have to pay cash as the eftpos was not working, we had cash so we paid the 160 euro as we were in a rush to get to the booked transportation. We did query with expedia but they said there was nothing they could do, the quoted amount on our expedia account was 58 aud dollars payable at the hotel. With hindsight we should have queried it then and there but as I said we were in a rush to get to the airport. And we are still waiting for the receipt she promised to send us.

The location was excellent everything you needed on doorstep and short walk to all main tourist attractions. A little noisy at night being close to bars but still managed to get good night sleep. Apartment was spacious and comfortable. Some furniture items were tired but apartment was very safe and staff were excellent. I would recommend this to others and have no problems booking again. The transfers to and from the airport were excellent!

Otel çok güzeldi, konumunu da çok beğendik. Resepsiyon görevlileri ve diğer görevliler de çok güler yüzlü ve yardımseverdi. Yaşadığımız tek problem açılıp yatak olan kanape içine göçmüştü ve yatak olarak çok çok rahatsızdı.

The hotel was fine. The bed was very hard but the worst thing was the location which was surrounded by bars. Every night the noise including loud talking and loud music went on until 2-3 am. It was intolerable.

Would stay here again
The property is well situated, near Piazza Navona, and an easy walk to the Roman Forum/Colosseum or the Vatican. The street outside the hotel can get noisy on weekends if you are facing the street. The bed was very comfortable, however some of the furniture was a bit tired. Overall a very good experience.

The rooms are large - I was there during Ryder cup so it was busy and very expensive - can’t beat the location and size of rooms - I had a great balcony and lager shower - room was great! Only thing is breakfast was only okay - but you can go out your door and find a zillion choices. Note that taxis find it hard to get to so have your exact address and get dropped at the door or the corner!

Air conditioning is a big issue. They have control in the front desk and all of a sudden in midnight they increase temperature. You have to get up in the midnight and call the front desk. It happened in day time as well as midnight. Otherwise this is convenient location to go around the city. DON’T EAT BREAKFAST in the hotel.

Perfect location for a visit to Rome. Staff was very accommodating. Room was spacious and kept very clean. Many dining options close to hotel. I would definitely book again!

Great location to explore Rome historic centre. The staff was very helpful, alway at hand for information. Great communication before arrival and special thank you to Flavia Toretta for sorting our transfer from the airport to the hotel. Secret tip: try the restaurant just opposite the hotel entrance. Their food is the best we tried in Rome, specially their focaccia bread (never eaten better bread in my life).

Largely Underwhelmed
2nd time we’ve stayed 1st time very nice suite we loved it this time we were upgraded to superior suite & disappointing overall bed was like concrete we slept on the sofa bed because it was softer although it squeaked when you moved.Noise from the air conditioning throughout the night Bathroom was poor dirty,mouldy in places and the ceiling the paint was all coming off in one area in big flakes.there was a few stains on ceilings and dust and fluff round the floors other than that it was ok certainly wasn’t 5 Star tho and it was definitely not a Superior Suite . No we didn’t complain coz we never do we just the wel never go back sort of people also the price we paid at the hotel was slightly more than our hotels.com booking price

Établissement très bien situé si vs voulez un quartier très vivant et central. Accueil agréable et serviable Mm si nous payons la situation top dans la ville, je trouve cet hôtel un peu cher. La literie du canapé lit plutôt très limite. Insonorisation par rapport aux espaces communs de l hôtel à revoir. Accès au spa cher également!

bookings.com and other websites do not show the actual room that is rented but other better rooms. They claim there is a balcony. The place was not very clean it was quite dusty and the sheet were having blood splats

My son and I really appreciated our stay at Navona Palace. It was extremely clean, the staff was helpful, and it was so comfortable. We were really able to relax after long days out.

Great one night stay, would recommend! Though we had a sofa bed, which was not very comfortable. Avoid a room with a sofa bed if you can.

Really good experience. Received an upgrade and property was exceptional - Excellent service too. Very friendly staff. Only negative was a leather sofa that with no cushions was sticky to ready against.
