We had just quick stop at Sheraton (2 nights). It is a congress hotel so not that convenient for vacation. Pool is nice and rooms are ok. They have three different buildings connected by shuttle so if you are travelling with group be prepared that you might sleep in different buildings. You are allowed to use pools and breakfast in different buildings ..., but you need to take the shuttle. It is Sheraton so everything worked pretty much as expected. Value for the money OK.

Huoneessa oli kosteaa. Ikkunaa ei saanut auki ja ainoa vaihtoehto saada ilmanvaihtoa oli pitää ilmastointia kylmällä ja kovalla.

onnistunut matka
Hotelli oli erittäin siisti ja henkilökunta todella ystävällistä. Hotelli sijaitsi Rooman ulkopuolella mutta kuljetus keskustaan hoidettiin hotellin bussilla ja se toimi erinomaisesti. Myös memetroasemalle oli hotellin puolesta kuljetus iltapäivisin. Hotellin sijainti oli rauhallisella paikalla ja sinne oli hyvä tulla keskustan vilskeestä. Hyvä golfhotelli. Menen toistekin.

Hotellin sijainti lentokentän kupeessa on erinomainen. Myös autolla löytää helposti perille. Lisäksi hotellin shuttle-bus on oiva apu keskustaan siirtymisessä, joskin treffipaikka voisi olla vähän keskemmällä kuten aikaisemmin. Henkilökunta etenkin vastaanotossa oli ystävällistä. Huone oli pieni. Näkymä moottoritielle. Vaatetilaa ei juurikaan ollut. Pesualtaan hana oli epäkunnossa, kylpyammeessa oli suojana suihkuverho, joka päästi vedet lattialle. Aamiainen oli kehno verrattuna pieneen perhehotelliin, josta olimme tulossa. Myöskään illallinen ei ollut italialainen makuelämys.

Neljän tähden tasoinen hotelli rauhallisessa ympäristössä. Hotellihuoneemme sijaitsi hotellitaksimatkan (n. 1km) päässä resortin päärakennuksesta. Hotellissa oli paljon ihmisiä, mutta ravintola ja baari olivat tyhjillään aamiaista lukuunottamatta. Ruuan ja juomien hinnat ravintolassa erityisen kalliit (olut 9€, virvoitusjuoma 6€). Päärakennuksen lähellä olevalla golf-glubilla ruokien ja juomien hinnat olivat vain noin kolmanneksen. Uima-allasalue oli enimmäkseen tyhjillään. Hotellihuoneeksi emme saaneet sitä, minkä varasimme ja mistä maksoimme. Golf-kenttä oli hieno ja haasteellinen. Myös hotellin shuttle bussi keskustaan ja takaisin toimi hyvin. Hotelli oli puitteiltaan jossain määrin kohtuullinen, mutta en olisi halukas menemään hotellin toista kertaa. Hotellin saama keskimääräinen asiakasarvostelupistemäärä kuvaa mielestäni hyvin hotellin tasoa.

Lähellä lentokenttää ja Rooman keskustaa
Hotelli oli palvelutasoltaan loistava: golfkenttä, uima-allas, hyvä ravintola, internet-nurkkaus jne. Huoneen laatu oli odotettuna huonompi, otimme vieläpä paremman huoneen (kyseessä kuitenkin aika uusi hotelli). Kylppärissä tapettia, joka rapistunut. Kylppärin suihkuseinä vuosi vettä niin, että lattia oli täynnä vettä (lattialta puuttui lattiakaivo, joten vesi ei lähtenyt muuten kuin pyyhkeillä kuivattamalla). Tämän tasoisessa hotellissa odottaisin perusasioiden olevan kunnossa. Ravintola oli hyvä, mutta todella kallis. Kaikenkaikkiaan kuitenkin hyvä kokemus. Sijainti loistava ja uima-altaalla saimme lekotella ja levätä ennen kentälle lähtöä. Kuljetukset Rooman keskustaan hotellista oli myös loistavaa palvelua!

Staff spoke English which was helpful. We got a free upgrade to our room, and there was a shopping plaza directly next to the hotel with many dining options that we could walk to. Bed was very comfortable and we got a great night's rest.

Rooms were in the same standard of Sheraton hotels regarding cleaning. Hotel is ver far from any public transportation and cabs are extremely expensive. Breakfast was good, but employees at breakfast were terrible, besides the manager who was very good.

Expedia and googling will tell you this property offers shuttle service to the Rome airport. So I expected an all day shuttle service. But they actually offer one shuttle at 7am. That's all. When I indicated to the staff that Expedia says shuttle service and I expected a shuttle to the airport, the desk clerk asked me if I spoke to Expedia and they told me that. I think that's kind of snotty to say to a customer. The next day when I called down to say we would take what I thought they told me was a 7:30 shuttle, I discovered it was 7 am, and they transferred me to someone who never picked up. I called back and the the front desk never picked up. But tons of people are working at the front desk, so I have no idea why no one answered the phone. Internet is not free in general. We got it free either because of prior stays or our Expedia booking, I'm not sure why. The cab to the airport from the hotel is very expensive and the only option (no public transportation) unless you leave at 7 am. Driving to the airport we passed a Hilton that was much closer, so I would select that instead of this property. I cannot say enough nice things about the bar and restaurant staff. The service at both was incredible, the restaurant goes out of its way to give diners a five star experience. I highly recommend both the bar and restaurant. Some of the front desk staff should train under whoever trains the restaurant staff to learn something about speaking to customers.

Very very disappointed with my stay at this hotel The restaurant is to be avoided at all cost, breakfast is as not good at all Didn’t expect such bad quality from a Sheraton hotel Housekeeping knocking and opening the door right away, soap not being replenish everyday, overuse of detergent which leads to a very strong no pleasant smell in the room Staff at the bar not professional Overall, I will not stay in this hotel or another Sheraton hotel and won’t be recommmeding it

They really do not have an airport shuttle. One time a day is not a service. It is a hotel that caters to tour companies. Bus loads of tourists. That is just an FYI. Also you have to pay for WiFi. Another FYI.

Check in was a nightmare as the lobby was full of people and check in was slow. The advertisement was a king bed and they pushed two twin beds together to make a king. The pillows were terrible. Hard time figuring out the lights in the room. Once figured out the lights required the room key. The lights by the bed had bare wires showing as well as the telephone cord. There was black MOLD surrounding the tub (disgusting). The front desk seemed very over worked.

The only dining choice was price and mediocre. We order catch of the day that came with no side. Server was rude and not professional. Server deboned, or tried to anyway, our fish by ours table before serving it. This was a bad idea. There were still bones on the fish and he waisted a lot of good flash. I rather debone it myself.

We stayed here for one night enroute to Florence. The room was spacious and clean. Great breakfast. Easy check in/out. Very close to airport. It was nice to get here quickly after a long flight and sleep.
