The apartment features spacious and well-distributed interiors, designed to ensure comfort and functionality throughout your stay. All three bedrooms are double, bright, and furnished in a clean, contemporary style; the main bedroom is enhanced by an elegant fresco on the ceiling, a unique detail that adds character and authenticity. One of the bedrooms features a foldaway bed that can be converted into a comfortable sofa, making the space even more versatile. One of the bedrooms also provides access to a private balcony overlooking Via Toscana, perfect for stepping outside and enjoying the view.

Each bedroom includes a wardrobe, bedside tables, and a luggage rack, and is equipped with air conditioning and a Smart TV with internet access. The kitchen is fully equipped and spacious, featuring an induction cooktop, oven, microwave, kettle, toaster, and Nespresso machine, perfect for both a relaxed breakfast or shared meals, and is also air-conditioned. The bathroom is modern and generously sized, with a large shower and a washer-dryer, as well as an ironing board and iron.

Heating is autonomous and the Wi-Fi connection is fast and reliable throughout the apartment, making it ideal also for longer stays.

One of the highlights of the experience is the building’s shared rooftop, an exclusive space above the rooftops of Rome where guests can relax during the day. Events and experiences are also organized here, and guests staying in the apartment have the opportunity to book private moments such as aperitifs, dinners, or other personalized experiences, enjoying the terrace in an even more special way.

This terrace represents a small retreat suspended in the heart of the city, with water, coffee, tea, and blankets available to enjoy a relaxing moment. Whether for a quiet morning break or an evening under the Roman sky, it adds a rare and authentic touch to the experience. The panoramic terrace is a shared common space with other residents, open daily from 8:00 AM to 11:00 PM, designed as an outdoor extension of the apartment for moments of relaxation and socializing, always respecting quiet hours. Access may be temporarily suspended by the building manager if necessary.

Within walking distance are Via Veneto, Villa Borghese, and the Spanish Steps. The neighborhood is well-served, with restaurants, cafés, and shops nearby, allowing you to experience Rome authentically while enjoying every convenience. From here, it is easy to get around both on foot and by public transport, reaching all the main attractions of the city.
