”The place was really nice. Staff is very friendly and helpful at all times. Breakfast was good and changed a bit every morning. Room was very spacious and clean and had everything needed. Mine included a small kitchen with fridge/freezer, microwave and dishwasher. Rooms were quiet and good insulation as you did not hear anything from neighbouring rooms. I was in the 3rd floor that had renovation on-going but couldn´t hear noise from that either and any time I ran into construction workers...

”Bonnie checked us in and was very efficient. She gave us recommendations on places to eat and things to do. She was very friendly every time we walked through the lobby. Cathy in the breakfast was great at making sure everything was ready to eat. She gave the best hugs! We enjoyed our stay. ”

”The property is right off the freeway, so convenient. Traffic noise is bad, just wear ear plugs. Staff was great, especially the host at breakfast! ”

”Clean, comfortable, and great area to stay. Lots of food around to choose from and a gas station in the same parking lot. Pool and hot tub were very clean and well taken care of. Rooms were very clean, beds were comfy, hotel staff was friendly and very helpful! Also, laundry on site was a bonus I didnt expect to need that worked out very well. Highly recommend! ”

”Everything was great. Wish they had a hot tub though. The only thing is that I got charged $20 (for incidentals), but didn’t tell me until I asked what it was for. And I wish they had breakfast potatoes. ”

”The staff that was on last night- was no where to be found at the front desk. I stood there with my young child for 20 minutes- before she decided to come out to the front desk. I even called the property - and it rang for 5 minutes until she decided to come out. Then was incredibly rude and made it very clear we were an inconvenience to her. ”

”I would like to rave about your staff - two in particular at your Avondale location - Amber and Kevin. Both welcoming and such a friendly demeanor. Amber went above and beyond to accommodate a specific request. She didn't have to but did it anyway. That was very much appreciated. It made the stay a very pleasant experience. Kudos to your awesome staff!”
