”Pros: Decent priceGood location Cons:Door did not lock properly. At one point, we could get in without putting in the code. Felt unsafe. Left a voicemail to the host about this concern and was never called back.Dog hair all over the sheets on both beds.Toilet not working properly. At one point overflowed and got water all over the floor. Dirty stools. The beds creeked.The people upstairs were ridiculously noisy. Found magnet tiles toy under the couch. Had to stand on bed to reach the light in...

”Not a big review writer but I do read a lot of them before I book. So I do feel obligated to say this place is horrible, value your money and just book a hotel room, sleep in van it will be more comfortable than this place. Don't know where to start, bathroom door are swinging doors that have a gap in it, no towels, no storage, horrible beds...”

”Overall, good stay here. The location cannot be beat. Close to L line to get to Brooklyn/Williamsburg, walkable to SoHo and near by neighborhoods. The space was great accommodations for 1-2 people. The space was quiet, clean, comfortable, cozy. Having a full kitchen, fridge etc was nice options to have. Plenty of cafes, coffee, restaurants to choose from. Would stay again. ”

”The space is definitely family friendly! Very spacious and in a perfect area where you are able to walk around. The only minor thing I would recommend it to change the shower curtains more often, when we were there you can see them turning yellow and smelled slightly like urine. The check in was smooth and otherwise have no complains! ”
