The location was great. Guys the hot water doesn’t work. I wish I would have read the reviews more thoroughly. You will take cold showers for the time you are staying here. The price was great but I would’ve paid more for a hot shower. The pictures make the bathroom look bigger than it is. It is tiny. No more than one person at a time can fit. The apartment is really not big enough to fit more than probably two adults or two adults and one child. The pillows had yellow stains on them. You can’t control the thermostat so it’s super hot and there’s no fan. I thought we found a gem of a place at a great value but be aware of what you are getting. The price is accurate for what you get but host should be clear about the water for sure. We tried contacting host with no response.

Understand this is an older historic building and was very clean and as listed only issues were water was barely warm during showers and there was no thermostat in the room to control and got very hot at night. Property mgr responded quickly but issues couldn’t be resolved during our stsy

Alex was a great host who responded quickly to my messages. I accidentally checked out and flew back home without my Apple watch still in the room drawer. Alex immediately responded and held it for me. Thank you for your honesty. I would have given 5 stars if they could have accommodated earlier check-in before 4pm. Either way nice location, safe, and clean!!

The apartment was clean, quiet and a great location. Doors seperating the two sleeping quarters was perfect. A/C was welcoming after long days out. Mini fridge was perfect for water and leftovers. Shower was great. Parking garage just a few doors down. Could have used more towels and smaller pillows and a 2nd remote. Overall, this was a great value. Will stay again!

Ideal Location to Explore New York

The best part about the property is the location and its proximity to Times Square and yet being far enough so that you can get some peaceful sleep. The amenities are great and it is pretty decently spacious as per NY standards. The furniture and floors are wooden and do creak a bit but the living experience is great.

Great location, actual room just ok

This is in a perfect spot if you want to be near the Times Square/theater district without being right in the middle of it. That said, the room itself was just ok. When we arrived, it was awkward to get in and we found out that luggage storage was just an unlocked closet that anyone could access. We also had to bang (hard) on the lock on the room door to get it to light up so we could enter our code for the room. We also arrived to two large garbage bags in the hall outside our rroom. There were two TVs but one remote, we had to stand on a chair to be able to get into one bed because it was so high, the deadbolt to the main door didn’t actually lock, and the shower curtain was just a plastic liner but no actual curtain. While the location is good, I won’t stay here again and wouldn’t recommend it to others.

The place is in a great location and the price is good. However, they describe this as a 2 bedroom apartment, which it is not. It is basically 2 beds and a bathroom. Worth the price and very comfortable and quiet.

Absolute Perfection

I came with my son as his graduation gift. The location was excellent we didn't hear any noise at night. Easily walkable to the 2 shows we went to and Times Square. Since I was with my son it was great to have 2 rooms so he could have privacy after a long day with mom. I thought it was just going to be a partial partition between the rooms, but happily surprised that there were doors. Such a great experience and the room was a big part of that.

Overall, good experience at this property. Super easy to find, 2 blocks from Grand Central and we walked everywhere easily. Easy to get to subways and super safe street. Apt wasn’t super clean, and one bed without sheets. Only one washcloth for 4 people and no hand towels. Did get two extra bath towels but needed some smaller ones. Space was sufficient for 2 adults and 2 preteens.
