”Our experience with Isabel was fantastic from the beginning to the end. She went above and beyond to help us enjoy our trip and experience the Portuguese culture. The house was perfect for my husband and l and it had everything we needed. It’s in a good location and surrounded by good restaurants and shops. Isabel personally welcomed us and made herself available. We highly recommend her place, we’re also planning on coming back soon.”

”Huoneisto on siisti, tunnelmallinen ja valoisa. Remontissa kunnioitettu vanhaa rakennusta. Näkymät Douro-joelle, vasta rannan viinitavernoihin ja Dom Luis I -sillalle ovat kauniit. Sijainti ihana. Aamupalatilaukset merkitään lomakkeelle pöydässä ja sitten tarjoilevat - loistavan ja maukkaan - aamupalan pöytään. Huoneistossa on onneksi erilliset ikkunaluukut, joilla voi pimentää ja hiljentää huonetta. Olimme majoituksessa 2 yötä. Sitten kaipasimme jo Atlantin rannoille ja pois joen turisti...

”The old castle part of the building is amazing and unique. The interior design is the same style as the building. The beds are super comfortable and rooms very clean. Good breakfast with a lot of options. Location is a bit outside of the city center but near metro station. The staff is superb! My friend had to stay a bit longer than planned (quarantined) and she was cared for beyond and above all expectations. Thank you for everything! You guys are the best!”

”Helppo saapua ja ajaa parkkihalliin. Viiden tähden hotelli upein maisemin - olin 7 kerroksen huoneessa josta kaupungin komein näkymä joelle, yli portviinivarastojen kattojen. Huoneen varustelu oli hintatasoon nähden hieman askeettinen, ja niukka valaistus teki lukemisesta huoneessa haastavaa. Mitäänsanomaton kuntosali, mutta sen sijaan lämmitetty sisäuima-allas oli myös maisemiltaan luxustasoa. Illallinen on tasokas, mutta hintava - ja suomalaiseen kulttuuriin tottuneelle lähes "oma" tarjoilija...

”The apartment suited our needs perfectly. The location is great. The apartment was clean and well maintained. We walked from the train station. I had sent a message to Ana and she met us to check in. We would stay there again.”

”The team was very nice and friendly to help check in and out given the circumstances surrounding the location and construction nearby. I did not like how the listing said "Private Parking" which is a lie and should say "Free Public Parking" which would be honest. Fortunately, Nuno helped us get there and park, but where I parked aparently was the urinal and there was urine on my car that I had to wash off. So "Private" it was not, it was a latrine. As far as the unit, it is cute and was 100%...
