Hi Jens, thanks for your nice words about our staff and the deco. Unfortunately, you had to wait too long for the breakfast. Last week we had for the first time every day all rooms having breakfast in our lobby. Normally quite some guests having breakfast somewhere else in the city but now everyone came down at the same time and were and wanted breakfast at the same time, so you were unlucky with this. For us also a good moment to see how we should improve these kind of mornings. We didn't choose for a buffet since we can throw a lot away when people having breakfast somewhere else which is quite often the case.. But im very sorry to hear you had a bad start of the day. Hopefully we can make your start of the day better a nice time.
