This park is completely breathtaking year round. There are different paths with varying difficulties.The gorgeous red rock formations jut out all around you, making for an enchanting hike. A seven dollar entrance fee for the day, and no dogs allowed. Well worth the very short drive up from Denver.

Very cool state park with many trails ranging from easy to strenuous. There is wildlife there, if you enjoy that as well.

This is a nice quiet place for hiking close to Denver
