”This hotel service and style was superb! We stayed at 6 hotels throughout this trip and this hotel was my favorite. It had the best customer service and food. The back patio garden was serene. The room was comfortable but very cozy. Two people in a Superior room is tight- especially with the small bathroom size. I recommend opting for a larger room. Hope to stay here again!”
”I was worried about some reviews stating that one cannot open the windows in the rooms. I contacted the hotel beforehand to kindly ask for a room where it is possible to open the windows.
While there were no quarantees given, I was happy to notice that my wish was duly noted. Also there were no carpets in our room which made it even easier to breathe.

"The hotel was very well situated near the Gloucester Rd tube, which meant direct Piccadilly Line access to Heathrow. The single room was unusually spacious, and there was even a bath tub, a luxury that I appreciated. However, as the single room faced the busy road, I found the road noise too high for my liking. I handled it with a pair of wax earplugs from Boots opposite, but just for this reason I probably will not stay there again. If you are not sensitive to noise, it is a different matter."
