”We stayed for 4 nights in the Aldwych Rm, early July, 2025. Fantastic hotel, beautifully decorated throughout! Our room was wonderful, cool, quiet, incredible bathroom, and an extremely comfortable bed!
This hotel room was worth every penny, great breakfast every morning, included in the price!
Air conditioning in room, that was so welcome during the current UK heat wave, brilliant staff, good TV setup, very easy and powerful WiFi, room amenities that included complimentary drinks and snacks!...

”This hotel service and style was superb! We stayed at 6 hotels throughout this trip and this hotel was my favorite. It had the best customer service and food. The back patio garden was serene. The room was comfortable but very cozy. Two people in a Superior room is tight- especially with the small bathroom size. I recommend opting for a larger room. Hope to stay here again!”

”I was worried about some reviews stating that one cannot open the windows in the rooms. I contacted the hotel beforehand to kindly ask for a room where it is possible to open the windows.
While there were no quarantees given, I was happy to notice that my wish was duly noted. Also there were no carpets in our room which made it even easier to breathe.
Great hotel, beautiful decorations, helpful service!

”Lovely stay with a friend. Very nice location and easy acces to tube. Hotel was clean and well maintained with helpfull and friendly staff. Bathroom was big and clean with great shower. Continental breakfast was also worth of money.”

”Nice looking hotel with exceptionally friendly service, the staff really makes you welcome. The location couldn't be better for central London tourism, being just across the road from the Gloucester Road tube station, from which there is a direct (Piccadilly line) tube train to Heathrow.
