”Very old infrastructure, most textiles, floor mats etc. seem old and scruffy. The public spaces were well maintained and very nice. Excellent gym. Very good location for conference, can take clean city train to McCormick and avoid the dysmal public transit system.”

”It's a nice hotel in a good location. The spaces are a little small but adequate. The staff was helpful and the room was clean. My only real compliant is the lack of free brewed coffee but we did get a $10/day voucher to use to buy coffee in the lobby cafe. I would say the lobby cafe is a weak point that the hotel probably has no association with.”

”Location is extremely noisy. I think it’s close to an emergency hospital - sirens all night.
Lighting in the room was very dim, found it hard to read in the evening.
I will say room service was good - I had a wonderfully fresh salad and the service was fast!”

”Worst hotel experience I've ever had. First, after checking in I found the previous occupant's socks next to the bed which made me question how well the room had been cleaned.
Then guest in the next room had a party and yelled swear words at frequent intervals, and the party lasted until after midnight. I sent a message to the staff but never got a response. When I eventually went to the desk to leave a complaint, no one was there. After a while someone eventually came, and they said they'd...

”No hotel breakfest. Just a bad bar with few options. Room was from 1998. Room electricity wasn’t working. TV and fridge didn’t work in three mornings and staff wasn’t too helpfull, arrogant and weren’t believing. Cleaners came to wake up before nine o’clock. This hotel is a joke”
