”Pros: Quiet neighborhood, felt safe going in and out of the house. Upstairs bathroom shower was amazing. Cons: warmer in living room, stained pillows, couches and floors felt like dust mites all over( simple fix) All in all it was a good stay.”

”Excellent stay! The property was clean and an easy walk to McCormick Place convention center. The space was colossal and well appointed, with soap and towels provided for the shower. We were greeted by a wonderful gentleman who took the time to explain the Chicago area to us. Checkout was a breeze—just had to leave our keys—and the instructions were very clear. There was only minimal housekeeping required before leaving the apartment. I would definitely stay here again”

”Good location, nice amenities. But the floors were filthy (if you walked on them barefoot, your feed would be covered in filth. I stepped on a sliver of glass that I had to pull out of my foot, which caused issues walking around until I could get it out). The owner also lied that we left a burn mark in the head board of one of the beds (we were on a family trip, do not smoke, vape, and did not even have a lighter with us). Tried to shake us down for extra money, even though we told them we did...

”The house was spotless and very comfortable for our needs. Best of all it was not far from our son’s home in River Forest which made going back and forth convenient.”

”The house is beautiful with plenty of space, the park is right across the street, was able to host a birthday party with lots to keep the kids entertained and have space to eat and mingle, the rooms were comfortable and surprisingly large for how small the house looks from the outside. The host responded promptly and was accommodating. Would book and recommend to others!”
