”Perfect location”

”Breakfast was very well prepared and served. Staff was polite and efficient.”

”The property was very walkable to places to eat. The small bar closest to the front desk was very busy and the bartender seemed overwhelmed. She was not only tending bar, but she was also taking food orders and serving them. The property has a lot of tour bus groups and that is why everything was busy. We received a $15 drink and food perk, but didn't use it because it was never mentioned when we were in the bar.”

”I was warmly welcomed upon arrival. The room was ready and clean as was the bathroom. The breakfast ok…nothing that stood out. I was disappointed that there was no water dispenser or pitcher available when we checked out. Leaving the key cards in the bin made checking out quick.”

”We enjoyed our close proximity to the pool. The staff was very helpful and accommodating. The breakfast was okay but a bit pricey. The bed was very uncomfortable and the carpet appeared to be in need of cleaning throughout the halls and room.”

”This hotel is being renovated, but they don’t tell you that until you are checked in. Our room had hardly any furniture and no baseboards no closet doors no dryer or water cup or ironing board or rack suitcase rack. It was bare minimum. The carpet was new but so stained with huge spots of red and orange stains on them that did not look like they were cleaned.The breakfast was pathetic. The breakfast consisted of waffles dried cereal since there was no milk. There was no fruit, no yogurt no eggs,...

”After having a bad stay at a hotel in Wyoming, walking into this MicroTel was a dream. The rooms were perfect with nice pillows and mattresses and the clerk said that the property was just newly remodeled, and it looked it. Breakfasts were nice with enough selections to accommodate any morning appetite. Hats off to Rapid City MicroTel!”
