”Our room was very clean and beds were comfortable. It was also quiet. I needed to do some laundry while we were at the hotel. And to my surprise there was a laundry basket in our room to use and the washers and dryers were free. No charge to do laundry. Breakfast in the morning was very delicious and clean. Staff was very friendly and my daughter and I noticed how much the staff wiped and cleaned tables, even wiped all the ketchup bottles etc on the tables one by one. Then another lady was...

”We had a great, short stay at Alex Johnson. We went up to the roof top bar first. The weather was cold, so we sat inside at the bar. We had appetizers and drinks and everything was great. We then went down to the Irish bar which was a totally different vibe, but also had a great food and drinks. Our room was small, but in good condition and very clean. Overall, our stay was great and we would stay again.”

”Staff was great! Room was spacious and comfortable, better than anticipated. Breakfast was questionable (I didn’t eat, but heard that more than one time - artificial eggs was the complaint), stove top in our room didn’t work, but we had our own cook plate anyway. ”Never once did a housekeeper come in to the room. We ran out of soap and conditioner in 2 days. The toilet didn’t flush correctly and ran intermittently. No ventilation in the bathroom. No security block on the window and the screen was pushed out. Hallway carpets were filthy.”
