”One of the most conveniently located hotels in Dubai, direct walk access to the Dubai Mall/ Burj Khalifa, access to the Metro, incredibly helpfull and caring staff - GORGEOUS large pool (great for those who love swimming like me) this is undoubtedly one of the best places to stay in Dubai - there were some issues with reservation and billing but the staff and the manager demonstrated why Kempinski continues to beat its competitors and the truly tough game of doing their best for their clients....

”The room was great and spacious. Location is excellent as it is a less than 5 minutes walk to the Dubai Mall. Go to the Apple Store to get to the balancing to watch the Fountain show. Staff is great with great communication and service. Highly recommended.”

”I stayed with my family for two nights. I had not realized when I made the reservation for the four of us that the price included only bed for the adults. Mr. Belek at the reception fixed this before I even got my mouth open with the greatest friendliness and we got such an amazing room. The view from the 25th floor, see the actual photo! The rooms were very spacious and well equipped. I made the reservation only because of the view and was happily surprised by everything else. My kids liked...

”Before I have always enjoyed of staying in Address chain and I even bought penthouse from the Address brand. The facilities are very nice, breakfast is amazing and the pool area is stunning. But this time it was not enjoyable at all. Room was located next to main road and noise was very loud when people are speeding and revving their cars during the night. And then during the day there was construction work going on and you needed to listen the drilling whole day after you haven't sleep at all...
