”I would like to mention Natalie,at reception, we had a issue re breakfast, we went to her and her customer service was excellent. She sorted our issue wuth care,compassion and efficiently. Well dine and thankyou,Natalie, we will definitely come again,with such excellent customer services ”

We returned to the hotel and had an evening meal they catered for our dietary restrictions
