"I was not impressed. Arrived and had to step over bags of laundry to get into room. It was cold and found out the fireplace was the heater but the pilot light was out. Bedside lamp had a burned out bulb. Coffee maker didn't work. The outside was a little depressing the patio was full of dead leaves ..."
