”The last few times i have stayed it rakes a while to check in as no one is maning the reception. You have to wait for someone from the bar to see you or when you press the bell to come over when they are not serving customers. There are peopke sitting around you shile your waiting to check in, which is awward as you have your bags and feel in the way. Check in was much better when the hotel reception was separate to the bar area. Also upon arrival to the room, the door was wide open. This...

”Staff very friendly, decor quite quirky which was why we picked it, not just the typical boring travelodge style, it is very individual. Our room was lovely, very spacious and warm, all facilities you would need. Free on-site parking a huge plus. We were staying for a gig in the city centre and an uber into town was less than £5 so can’t complain about location. Would def stay again. ”

”Easy check in with friendly staff. Room and bed were very comfortable. Dinner and breakfast were lovely with breakfast having a really good selection of items with plenty of staff around if needed. Hotel is a bit of a maze with odd staircases dotted around but I quite liked the adventure. A good stay, if I find myself needing to go to the Birmingham area again I'd definitely stay here again.”

”EV charging available when I arrived, the receptionist was welcoming and directed me to my room and offered to book me a table for dinner. I was in the annexe building and the room was spacious, with a good sized bed, large powerful shower and good coffee making facilities. This was stop over trip the night before a meeting in Birmingham and wood 100% stay here again.”
