”My week's stay in this comfortable apartment was very much as I had hoped it would be... homey and fairly close to the University of San Diego. This particular unit I stayed in was very private... the front entrance, as well as the back patio off the kitchen, which I took advantage of. Being a week long stay I also very much appreciated having laundry facilities. With 3 full rooms, plus the back patio, there was plenty of room move about. I also appreciated the natural light coming in through...

”Excellent, top-notch communication and customer service! The place had everything we needed, was affordable, and had a great location. We’re from Utah and take the occasional surf trip, and we would absolutely stay here again. We’re already looking forward to returning! Thank you for having us.”

”When we arrived at the property, it was exactly as advertised. Parking was a little tight, but we managed. Property is clean looked exactly like the pictures. Comfortable beds, just minutes away to everything we wanted to do. Bonus; there was a Ralph’s grocery store right across the street and a McDonald’s right next-door. The host was very gracious and kept us updated through email. Overall had a great time and would rent this place out again.”

”The unit was very clean and well maintained, and the location is top-notch. It’s an easy walk to the beach, coffee shops, and stores, which made getting around very convenient. We also appreciated the bikes that were available and made good use of them during our stay.A few things could be improved. The A/C and fan weren’t powerful enough to keep the unit cool, so it became quite hot inside. Since there were no windows that could be opened for fresh air, the space stayed warm and uncomfortable....

”Absolutely loved it! So modern, well lit, with great views, and a SUPER comfty bed) I think the only thing that would have made it better is removing the landscaping tubs from the curb so the passenger of the vehicle can open their door, maybe a washer and dryer (but I knew there wasn’t a W/D to begins with). Thanks for the great stay!”

”It was okay”

”The property is in a nice location. We walked to Sunset Cliffs every day. It doesn’t have a cook top stove/oven as stated in the description. It doesn’t have a microwave combo oven air fryer. We only used it as a microwave. The window air conditioner works much better when taken off eco mode. Overall we enjoyed our stay.”

”Perfect property! Steps away from the beach, stores and restaurants. Quaint neighborhood and friendly neighbors. Bed was very comfortable.”

”Very close to beach. Perfect location.”

”Great location and wonderful lodgings. This location is not just pet tolerable its pet indulgent. I truly enjoyed my stay. The only concern is the fold out bed is not comfortable and the garage underneath will wake you if trying to sleep in past 6am. The hospitality and welcome packages were great! I would definitely stay again.”

”Great location! It was centrally located to everything we wanted to do in San Diego, which made getting around really easy. The place appeared clean overall, though it could have used a little more attention to detail. The rooftop was a nice bonus and a great place to relax. Host provided earplugs to wear at night since it's so close to the airport.”

”Definitely looks better in photos but great to fit our need, in town for a wedding”

”Everything was good. The only issue was the noise from the trains.”

”Centrally located safe neighborhood outside curb appeal needs attention. The air conditioner could not keep place cool.”

”The actual space was like how the pictures portrayed it. There were unexpected workout mats for stretching and a nice dining table for us to play boardgames. The bathrooms were spacious and clean. There were plenty of towels and extra bedding if we needed it.We enjoyed that all the beds were firm. And plenty of pillows to get comfortable. The private garage was easy to enter, but the parking space was very tight. We erected able back in our minivan and get our stuff in and out. Our second car...

”We loved the stay our only complaint was we couldn’t open all the windows up for fresh air as the screens weren’t totally attached they let the bugs in. The one back bedroom the window wouldn’t open more than an inch so we had to run the air at night and the air conditioning is load in the back 2 bedrooms. We survived that part! But all in all we would stay here again!”

”Nice place to stay, close to grocery store and heating out. Easy to get in and out of.”

”The towels were still in the dryer, but we found them. We had to ask for the wifi password, it would be nice if they just provided it. The coffee maker had not been cleaned before we arrived. The pull out bed was so uncomfortable we folded it back and just slept on the couch. ”
